As previously mentioned in my "Subway" post if a country is liveable comes down to costs of which BEER is a major one. It is a no Brainer to me. Saudi No Beer "FUCK OFF" UAE has Expensive beer much you pay me?" down to Vietnam where you are picking to small notes to pay the tab at the end of the evening.
